Your creativity and enthusiasm truly added to the magic of the evening. To ensure you get the most enjoyment from your new candle, here are some tips on how to care for it.
Allow your candle to cure for one week before lighting. This allows the scent to fully adhere to the wax and gives you the best scent.
Allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is melted, creating a full "melt pool" (this prevents tunneling and helps the candle burn evenly).
Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. This helps maintain the quality and longevity of the candle.
Always burn the candle within sight, away from flammable items, and on a heat-resistant surface. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
