1. No Returns: Each of our candles is custom-made with care, crafted just for you. Because of this personalized attention, we are unable to accept returns. We hope you understand and appreciate the unique nature of our products.
2. Refunds for Broken Candles Only: If you receive a broken or damaged candle, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a refund or replacement for the damaged item. Kindly include photos of the broken candle and its packaging in your request.
3. USPS Insurance Coverage: Every shipment is covered with USPS insurance. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact USPS to file a claim. We will gladly assist you with any necessary documentation.
4. International Shipping Costs: We are not responsible for any costs associated with international shipping, including customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
